Dr. Rob Schleiffarth MD
Dr. Rob Schleiffarth received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota and completed his residency at the University of Iowa. His specialties include allergies, head and neck cancer, pediatrics, sialendoscopy and sinus problems. He is a member of the South Dakota Medical Association, The American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy.
Dr. Rob Schleiffarth enjoys working in the pediatric ENT field and helping children with ear, nose and throat problems even providing a prescription of an ice cream cone to some of his patients. He will diagnose ear, nose and throat issues that can lead to snoring problems, balance issues, headaches and even bed wetting in children.Dr. Schleiffarth enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters. Among his passions are hiking, camping, and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Dr. Mark Guy MD
Dr. Guy is a hometown guy coming back to his roots. He was born and raised in Rapid and is a Stevens graduate. He joined the WRENT team in March and brings with him over 25 years of ENT experience. He is excited to be practicing in his hometown and looks forward providing the Black Hills area with exceptional ENT care. His interests lie in management of sinus disease and sleep apnea.
Dr. Agelia (Aggie) Kennedy
Au.D, CCC-A, F-AAA
Dr. Agelia (Aggie) Stout Au.D, CCC-A, F-AAA received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Dakota. She completed her clinical fellow/externship at Sanford ENT and Audiology. Dr. Stout provides services for adults and children. Those services include diagnostic audiologic testing, fitting and servicing of hearing aids, programing cochlear implants and programming osseointegrated devices. She has a special interest in pediatric audiology and cochlear implants. Dr. Stout is passionate about helping others with their communication and hearing needs.
Dr. Richard Bowen MD
Dr. Bowen is a board certified Otolaryngologist. He completed both his medical school training and otolaryngology residency at the University of Nebraska. Dr. Bowen loves to hike, hunt and all the outdoor activities the Black Hills have to offer. Professionally he enjoys taking care of pediatric patients, sinus issues and allergies. He has a special interest in surgical options for sleep apnea.
JANELL RUBELT, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Certified Nurse Practitioner
JaNell Rubelt is a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing out of Downer’s Grove, Illinois. She did her clinical training throughout Rapid City. She has a passion for helping others including those who suffer from an array of ENT issues including allergies. As an allergy sufferer herself, she can understand the dramatic toll this health issue can have in a patient’s life. She comes from a small town in Wyoming and has moved to the Black Hills to pursue her nurse practitioner career. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her two daughters as well as their two dogs.
John Burke, MA, CCC-SLP
John Burke is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist who received his Master’s Degree from the University of South Dakota out of Vermillion, South Dakota. He did his clinical training within the areas of the Black Hills of South Dakota that includes Rapid City Regional Hospital and Regional Rehabilitation Institute. John has a passion with working to help others resolve their speech, language, voice, and swallowing impairments in order to assist with increased quality of life for our patients from pediatrics through Geriatrics. Specifically, John has a passionate interest in evaluation and treatment of dysphagia with use of Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) and Speech-Language Pathology management/treatment of Chronic Refractory Cough associated with related disorders. He enjoys spending time with his wife and son that includes hiking, biking, and paddle boarding throughout the Black Hills.
